Shipping policy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to undeliverable, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Undeliverable for ANY reason! 

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will notify you by email. You will have the option to provide an updated address, but please note:
Customers are responsible for any reshipping fees in such cases.

We do our best to process and ship all orders accurately and in a timely manner. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.
